The project: complete four HUGE murals, encompassing 204 running feet of walls (some of them 16 - 20 feet tall), in 20 days. It would have been impossible to complete this job without my great assistants!  Thank you! Bob and Darlene were wonderful hosts, and I will certainly miss the Davis family and the teachers at LE. It was a pleasure to work with these folks, and I look forward to going back to visit them! By having lots of wonderful nature books around me for inspiration! This video shows the murals' progress, details of the animals and the finished artwork. I'm happy with the results, and more importantly, so is the client! Traveling is also a great way to gain inspiration and an appreciation for nature's beauty. Serengeti Left wall: 34'w x 8'ht/13'ht; Rt wall: 27'w x 13'ht Acacia trees silhouetted by an African sunset sky; elephant and baby at watering hole, egrets, a cheetah, and giraffe. Great Plains 54' x 12': Nebraska hills and river in the distance, pronghorn antelope herd in the background, buffalo in the foreground by a mud hole, five curious prairie dogs, and prairie flowers. Rainforest 89' x 10': tropical plants; macaw, toucans, monkey, sloth, frogs and more. Tropical Lobby 40' x 18': waterfall in a lush forest of tropical beauty. Parrot, monkey, lizard, frog, butterfly, florals, ladybug.
